Our customers that add side doors can choose from our standard 42 inches wide by 84 inches high 1/2-IN composite, 3/4-IN Plymetal or Stainless Steel finish side door.

At the top or bottom on the side of van or where you absolutely require, Strick offers Aluminum D or V-styles.

Twin hole skylights can be placed on both or either side of the van to add natural light when loading and unloading.

Added interior or exterior lighting can be added or suggested by our experts at Strick Trailers.

Strick offers a variety of side lining options Fiberglass, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or wood finish.

Strick offers a variety of side scuff options including black or white HDPE (shown), 12″ aluminum, 12 inch fiberglass, or even laminated hardwood. Additional scuff configurations are absolutely available.

Strick Trailers offers a standard 3/8 inch full laminated Northeast oak floor front to back. Other interior flooring options include aluminum smooth or knurled-screwed or welded plus specialty composite floors such as Havco and Rockland flooring.

Both louver and reefer style vents options are available within the van.

Cargo securement on the sidewalls is available in either the “E” or “A” configuration for optimum security.

LED dome lights can provide added safety and security and can be activated with sensor or switch additional light when loading and unloading.

Varying widths and favorite finishes are available for rear van crashplates. Strick even offers a “full, no wood underneath” option for very HD applications.

Composite swing and overhead doors are available as well as a customized spec that a door manufacturer has recommended.

Door track protectors used with overhead doors are standard in height at 48 inches but can be customized based on dock or commodity requirements.

Three points of touch at both entry and exit into the rear of the van are important. Strick offers a door handle recessed in the rear corner post and a step are both available on trailers with overhead doors for customers who load and unload trailers by hand.

Lending an extra hand getting in and out, Strick often adds non-recessed grab handles for added safety and versatility.

Especially for those customers that load and unload by hand utilizing swing doors, Strick offers HD stainless steel extended high rod grab handles with an added step with location selected by the customer.

Strick Trailers proudly works with most liftgate OEMs to install either a rail gate or tuck-under liftgate to meet demanding specifications. Liftgate supply and install enables a factory finished van as opposed to having a third party install the liftgate once the trailer is completed.

Strick’s standard lock bars are zero-torque with 90 degree reach and gather with rubber grips on the handles for smooth and easy operation. Additional lock bars can be added per door for added strength, too..

NHTSA and DOT Approved on-sided or flip-type placard holders are available for supply and install to all (4) sides of a Strick van directly or via added galvanized bottom wing.

Double or even Triple the haul by adding pintle hooks to the rear of the vans for double or triple operation.

Strick offers roof options like .075 inch Kemlite Translucent XLR with blue tint for standard roof bows or with Strick’s exclusive Exterior Roof Bow arrangement.

Painted white or left natural in its wood state, there’s no question that an added interior roof runner help to thwart forklift and cargo damage.

Strick Trailers offers and exterior roof bow system with aluminum exterior bows and a .110 inch fiberglass roof sheet for these HD intensive hauling.

Strick’s go-to is Hendrickson for added axle lift kits which raise axles off the ground to offer operational flexibility, extend tire life, improve trailer maneuverability and allow vehicles to carry more payload.

In certain States and Canada, additional tri and quad axle configurations can be added to most Strick Trailers for added weight enhancement.

Aluminum Wheels weigh less that steel wheels and can be finished in polished, or high polish for added appeal and finish to vans.

Strick Trailers often suggests the lightweight combination of Stemco Centrifuse drums with Walther lightweight hubs.

STEMCO® Hubodometers® — all models and options used for a variety of functions — can be added to any Strick Trailer van.

Super Singles OR 445/50R 22.5 tires are available with either steel or aluminum wheels.

Choose from a variety of systems including Meritor PSI and Hendrickson TIREMAAX® CP or PRO to keep trailer tires properly inflated and rolling smoothly. Tire Inflation Systems pay for themselves with savings from increased fuel mileage, reduced tire maintenance and replacement costs and prevention of tire failure leading which ultimately leads to downtime.

Strick’s standard suspension options include Hendrickson VANTRAAX® HKANT 40K air ride with Quik-Draw slider pin extractor, Hendrickson SURELOK® anti-dock walk and no dump valve, OR Hutchens Industries 40K Series 10 spring ride with 22,500 lb. Meritor axles and 2 leaf high arch springs. Other suspensions can be installed upon request.

Whether Hendrickson’s “Ready-To-Roll” 3, 5 or 7 year package OR the Stemco Premium Plus package, Strick has you covered.

Beefed up crossmember spacing is often key to the longevity of any trailer van especially in HD environments. Strick offers 4-inch Steel on 12-inch CMs as standard and often builds on 8-inch or 6-inch centers for higher weight loads and rigorous loading and unloading.

Strick often beefs up our standard 3/8-inch aluminum rivets with 3/8-inch stainless steel bolts for additional strength for customers who use heavy forklifts.

Strick’s standard bottom rail measures 8 and 3/4-inch deep. Also offered are 10 1/8-inch and 12 3/4-inch deep bottom rails.

This option is available for standard or wide base tires located at the customer’s preferred location.

This superior corrosion protection is applied over standard undercoating for nearly every steel component.

Utilizing aluminum in place of standard steel cross members saves weight.

Shipping by rail? No problem. Strick can easily add lift pads at the rear of the trailer.

Whether custom built or supplied, Strick provides belly boxes that are often installed under a straight or drop 53 ft. van. Belly boxes are ideal for added dunnage or logistical items required like blankets, straps or load bars.

The Trailer AeroSlider™ System includes a center fairing, quick-release aerodynamic wheel covers and aerodynamic mud flaps installed on the bogie slider to reduce turbulence and drag around the wheels which improves fuel efficiency.

Strick Trailers works with Nose Cone® Aerodynamics. Front trailer nosecones often provide better fuel economy, reduced tire wear, and longer engine life due to its aerodynamic design.

Strick’s open top configuration offers the ability to load and unload cargo from the top of the trailer. An aluminum top rail is available with all side wall configurations and in all lengths.

Trailers designed for heavy-duty forklift loading of paper rolls can be built with galvanized steel exterior front corner protectors, heavy-duty bottom rails, cargo control systems, or anything you need.

Strick is able to produce trailers with drops up to 18 inches for increased cargo space and with interior heights up to 126 inches plus all kinds of options in between.

Our specialized pup trailers can be custom built between 22 feet (6.7 m) and 33 feet (10.0 m) long. With or without Pintle Hook. They are ideal for delivery in congested areas or in combination with another trailer for over the road.
