Production Line Welder

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team at Strick Trailers, LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in fabricating high-quality trailers that meet our customers’ needs. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing durable and cost-effective solutions in the trailer manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble trailer components according to specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques to create strong and durable joints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Must successfully complete prior required testing based on job skill applying for
  • Must successfully complete a physical evaluation, drug screen and background check prior to beginning work. *

** We are on a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday 6:00AM -4:30PM 

To Apply

  • WALK IN between 7am and 2pm Monday through Thursday to fill out an application/do testing.
  • Allow 2-3 hours for the entire process.
  • Please wear close-toed shoes and long pants as you will be given a tour of the facility.
